At the start of any project there is a lot of knowledge sharing, often the best ideas come out of collectively discussing a new product concept, group brainstorming. We involve stakeholders from as many parts of the client business as possible in order that a common understanding of goals and limits is achieved early on.
In developing solutions and concepts for products or parts of products we conduct focussed brainstorming sessions at Shore with designers, mechanical engineers, manufacturing experts and other specialists.
This approach inspires a great deal of collaboration and cross fertilisation of ideas and often leads to break through ideas.
